CMA CGM Group finalizes the acquisition of GEFCO

Following the announcement on April 08, 2022, the CMA CGM Group has received European Union competition authorities approval and will be in a position to proceed with the integration of GEFCO into its logistics division^1. GEFCO is a European leader in automotive logistics and will allow to strengthen the range of logistics services of CEVA Logistics, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group especially in France and the rest of Europe.
